Processing Times
Ready-made items typically ship within 2–5 business days.
Custom orders take a little longer depending on the scope — we’ll give you an estimated timeline when you place your order.

Good work takes time, but we don’t drag our boots.

Shipping Rates & Carriers
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location. We ship through trusted carriers to make sure your gear gets where it’s going safely.

Where We Ship
We’re based in Calgary, Alberta and ship across Canada. If you’re outside Canada, reach out and we’ll see what we can do.

Delivery Times
Shipping times vary depending on your location and the carrier. Once your order leaves our hands, it’s up to them — but we’ll provide tracking so you can keep an eye on it.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
Once a package is in the hands of the carrier, delays can happen and are out of our control. If your order shows up damaged or goes missing, contact us and we’ll help sort it out.

Incorrect Shipping Info
Make sure your shipping details are correct at checkout. If an order is returned due to incorrect information, additional shipping charges may apply.

Local Pickup (if applicable)
If you’re local to Calgary or Southern Alberta, local pickup may be available. Reach out to arrange.
