Welcome to Prairie Buffalo. By using our website, placing an order, or submitting a custom request, you agree to the following terms. If that doesn’t sit right, best to ride off now.

Products & Availability
All products are subject to availability. Because many of our items are handcrafted, small variations in colour, texture, and finish are part of the deal — that’s what makes them one-of-a-kind.

Custom Orders
Custom work is what we do best, but it comes with a few ground rules:

  • All custom orders are final sale
  • Design approval may be required before production
  • Production times can vary depending on the project
  • Once production starts, changes may not be possible

We’ll work with you to get it right — but we don’t do endless revisions or last-minute flip-flops.

Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in CAD and are subject to change without notice. Payment must be received before orders are processed unless otherwise agreed upon.

Shipping
We ship across Canada. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the nature of your order. Prairie Buffalo is not responsible for delays once your order is in the hands of the carrier.

Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products:

  • Custom items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable
  • Ready-made items may be eligible for return or exchange if unused and in original condition (contact us within a reasonable timeframe)

If there’s an issue with your order, reach out — we’ll make it right where we can.

Use of Designs
By submitting custom artwork, logos, or ideas, you confirm you have the right to use them. Prairie Buffalo is not responsible for copyright or trademark issues related to customer-provided designs.

We may use photos of completed custom work for marketing and promotional purposes unless you request otherwise.

Website Use
Don’t misuse our site. No funny business, no attempts to break things, and no using our content without permission.

Limitation of Liability
Prairie Buffalo is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of our products or website.

Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our site means you accept those changes.
